Vince De Pinto joins Hudson Oak after four years with Armada Analytics, where he was responsible for underwriting conventional multifamily, affordable multifamily, and assisted living agency loans for both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Originally from Los Angeles, California, De Pinto initially attended Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri, as an NCAA athlete on the men’s golf team, before transferring to Furman University, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2018. While in college, De Pinto obtained his California real estate license and interned for a commercial real estate brokerage in the Greenville market and has grown to know the Greater Greenville and southeast markets well.
