Josh’s primary function as the co-founder and CO-CEO of Dwight Capital is leading a specialized mortgage banking team whose focus is set on nationwide FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & CMBS origination. Prior to co-founding Dwight Capital in 2014, Josh was a Director at Greystone & Co. During his tenure, he quickly became one of the youngest originators to close $1 billion in FHA/HUD loan volume. Throughout his career, Josh has originated in excess of $5 Billion in FHA/HUD transactions, and has built a vast network of owners, developers, and operators nationwide. Josh studied at The George Washington University in Washington DC where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
