Hudson Oak can purchase, entitle, develop, and acquire rental town-home product that is both affordably built and directly addresses the shifting preferences of today’s rental market. These 3B/2B rental town-homes can be constructed or acquired and offered at rental rates for the same or cheaper per square foot than traditional workforce garden style apartments. There is little to no competition from similar type developments as there is very little town-home for rent product on the market.
